EXERCISE - 'Institute for American Fitness claims that thinking about exercise for 20 minutes per day, 3 times a week

'Institute for American Fitness claims that thinking about exercise for 20 minutes per day, 3 times a week is all the average adult needs to stay fit.
The study says that the best time to do this thinking is while surfing the internet where you can find pictures of people exercising to keep your mind focussed. Rhythmic mouse clicking exercises can also increase your longevity by up to 700 hours.
"They can be broken up into 1 minute intervals 20 minutes per day, or even four 5 minute segments. The effect is cumulative. We do advise consulting with your doctor before you start your exercise thoughts, and if you are pregnant or have a heart condition don't even think about it."

HEART - Big Drop in Incidence and Fatality of MIs in England

- fewer heart attacks in the last decade and fewer of

MI event rate declined 2002 through December 2010
-men by 33%, from 230 to 154 per 100,000, for an average annual decline of 4.8%
-women by 31%, from 95.4 to 66 per 100,000, for an average annual decline of 4.5%
-England - death rates for heart attacks fell by 50% in men and 53% in women.
-men - 61% of the people who experienced heart attack
-heart attack cases were fatal 36%
-heart attack in those aged 65 and over 73%
-sudden deaths from heart attacks that occurred without an admission to hospital 70% out of 311,419
The greatest declines in heart attack event rate and mortality were seen among middle-aged individuals, whereas the smallest declines were seen for the younger and older age groups in both men and women. Rising rates of obesity and diabetes may help explain the lack of improvement in the occurrence of heart attacks among the youngest age group
death rates from heart attacks have only fallen in "rich nations" whereas they continue to rise in many others
these were fatal - deaths from heart attacks halved in last decade

ginkgo significantly boosted "adiponectin" levels. Adiponectin is a protein hormone produced and secreted by fat cells. It regulates the metabolism of fats. It also influences your body’s response to insulin. High blood levels of adiponectin are associated with a reduced risk of heart attack. Low levels of adiponectin, on the other hand, are found in people who are obese and at increased risk of a heart attack.

SPIRITUALITY - BUDDHISM - MANDALA - Meditation Rituals of Mandalas

Meditation Rituals of Mandalas 8:20
'In the winter, 4 Lamas prepare themselves by lenghty fasts and prayers to be  working on a Mandala without notes or models working together in harmony to broad one's limited consciousness. They Visualize and Experience the Inner Mandala.
The Mandala is painted on cloth. It takes 2 days using powders of 5 Colors for 5 directions:  BlueGreen ,RedWhiteYellow - NSEWCenter  in the apropriate sectors.
This division into 5 can be found everywhere:
5 Subtle Energy Centers in the human body, 5 Dhyani Buddhas ( Five Wisdom Tathāgatas, 5 qualities of the Buddha -  "truth-body", which embodies the principle of enlightenment) each being an aspect of the Absolute or Supreme  Buddha and there is a 6th point situated above the Mandala out of Space and Time - what Christians call 'Ever Lasting Life'

They make the Ritual Tour of the Monastery, they Turn the Wheels containing the Holy Scriptures in the memory of the Wheel of Dharma.
The Practice of Mandala Meditation is considered to be a way towards reaching one's way of  one's buddha's nature.
It leads the person going through this process from the periphery towards the center, from multiplicity towards unity and at the same time form illusion and death towards Reality and Life. The Center of the Mandala is the Alfa and the Omega, the chaos from which the world emerged, where the Time comes to its completion, it is the center of the Universe, also the center of every man, the kingdom of heaven that is wthin us, within you.
The Mandala, a visual symbol is a concrete support for Meditation, a Plan, a Map of a deity emerging from and returning to emptiness. It's itself the door towards knowledge of the one Reality. Once the Mandala is finished, it is setup inside the Temple - where the Meditation - purely an inner ritual of prodigious intensity - will be performed - each participant will experience the liturgy of the Mandala and through the acuteness of his attention will take the inner path that leads from the dark exterior world to the light of the kingdom.
Once the Ritual is over the Mandala is taken apart - thrown in the water to be disolved.'
